These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 777sss ("777sss", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://777sss.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of the 777sss website, all related services, betting markets, casino products, account features and promotional offerings provided thereon.

777sss is an English-language online gambling information and platform website principally targeting users in Pakistan. The Platform provides cricket betting, sports betting, live casino, slots, esports markets and responsible gambling tools. All balances and transactional amounts on the Platform are presented in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Your use of the Platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with any additional terms applicable to specific products, promotions or features as published on the Platform from time to time ("Supplementary Terms"). In the event of conflict between these Terms and any Supplementary Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the Supplementary Terms expressly state otherwise.

If you access the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms and that the entity accepts them accordingly.

These Terms are published in English. In the event that any translation of these Terms is made available for informational convenience, the English version shall be the authoritative version in all circumstances.

To register and maintain an Account on 777sss, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction. The Platform operates a strict zero-tolerance policy against underage gambling. Age verification is mandatory.
2. Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be under guardianship or any legal incapacity that prevents you from entering contracts.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction restricts or prohibits online gambling. 777sss does not confirm the lawfulness of your participation.
4. No Existing Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion, cool-off period or third-party exclusion order on the Platform or any associated operator platform.
5. Personal Account Only: You may only register and operate an Account in your own name, for your own personal use. Corporate or nominee registrations are prohibited.
6. Single Account: Each person may hold only one active Account. The existence of duplicate or multiple Accounts held by the same individual is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of associated balances.

To register an Account, you must complete the Platform's registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

5.1 Registration Information

You must provide, at minimum: your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document), a valid email address, a date of birth confirming eligibility, and such other information as the Platform may require from time to time.

5.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. The Platform will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised use of your Account credentials where such use arises from your failure to maintain their confidentiality.

You must notify the Platform immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

5.3 Accurate Information

Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information — including misrepresenting your age, identity or jurisdiction — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances including winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.

The Platform is required to verify the identity, age and payment details of Players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud-prevention obligations. KYC verification may be requested at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other time at the Platform's discretion.

6.1 Required Documents

For Pakistani users, acceptable identity documents typically include:

• A valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) showing a clear photograph, name and date of birth;
• A current Pakistani passport; or
• Such other government-issued photographic identity document as the Platform may accept.

The Platform may additionally require proof of address (a recent utility bill or bank statement not older than three months) and/or verification of the payment method used to fund the Account.

6.2 Submission Standards

All documents must be submitted through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Documents must be clear, unobstructed and unaltered. You must never submit falsified, altered or fabricated documents. Doing so constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds and may result in referral to law enforcement.

6.3 Verification Timelines

The Platform will endeavour to process KYC submissions within the timelines published in its Help Centre. Delays arising from incomplete or illegible document submissions are the User's responsibility. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

All deposits to 777sss Accounts must be made using payment methods authorised and listed in the Platform's cashier at the time of the transaction. The Platform may add, remove or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

7.1 Currency

Deposits are accepted and balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a deposit is received in a different currency, the Platform may apply a conversion at a rate determined at the time of processing. Any associated conversion fees are the responsibility of the depositing User.

7.2 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts are as published in the cashier for each individual payment method. As an illustrative reference, minimum deposits may be in the range of PKR 500 to PKR 1,000 depending on the method — however the applicable minimum is always the figure displayed in the live cashier at the time of transaction, which supersedes any illustrative figures in these Terms.

7.3 Payment Provider Disclaimer

References to payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are for informational context only. The availability of any specific payment method must be confirmed in the cashier before attempting a transaction. The Platform does not represent that any of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with 777sss or any gambling operator. Each provider's own terms and conditions govern what transactions their platform permits.

7.4 Deposit Restrictions

The Platform reserves the right to decline any deposit that it reasonably suspects arises from unlawful, fraudulent or suspicious activity. Deposits must be made from payment instruments held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification, the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements and the Platform's standard processing timelines. The Platform reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests in accordance with its AML obligations before releasing funds.

8.1 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit. The Platform may, at its discretion, require withdrawals to be made via bank transfer where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals.

8.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are as published in the Platform's Help Centre. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by banking hours, intermediary processing, KYC status and the volume of pending requests. The Platform accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

8.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the cashier for each payment method at the time of the request. Players on standard accounts may be subject to weekly or monthly withdrawal caps as published in the cashier. VIP or elevated-tier Players may be subject to different limits as communicated by their Account Manager or as published in the loyalty programme terms.

8.4 Forfeiture

Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months with a positive balance may be subject to the Platform's dormant account policy, which may include administrative fees or forfeiture in accordance with the operator's published dormancy terms. Players are advised to log in periodically to maintain account activity.

All bonuses, promotions, free spins and loyalty rewards offered by 777sss are subject to these Terms and any Supplementary Terms specific to the individual promotion as published on the relevant offer page. In the event of conflict, the Supplementary Terms for the specific promotion take precedence.

9.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion. Wagering requirements represent the total amount of qualifying bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become withdrawable. Failing to meet wagering requirements within the specified expiry period will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.

9.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum bet limit applies to each individual wager as specified in the applicable bonus terms. Placing bets that exceed this maximum — whether on sports markets, casino games or any other product — may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings. The Platform reserves the right to confiscate winnings arising from bets that breach the maximum bet rule.

9.3 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are as published in the applicable promotion terms. As a general illustrative reference: slots commonly contribute at 100%, live casino games at a lower rate, and certain table games may contribute at 0%. The actual percentages applicable to a specific offer are those published with that offer.

9.4 Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Funds have an expiry period as specified in the promotion terms, commencing from the date of crediting or activation as applicable. Upon expiry, unused Bonus Funds and any winnings accrued but not yet converted to withdrawable funds will be removed from the Account without compensation.

9.5 Bonus Abuse

The Platform operates zero tolerance toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; arbitrage betting designed to exploit promotional terms; collusion with other Players to extract bonus value; and the use of automated tools or strategies to systematically circumvent bonus rules. The Platform reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel all associated winnings and close affected Accounts upon detection of such conduct.

All bets, wagers, game rounds and other staking events placed on the Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant product, market or game as published in the Platform's rules documentation. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules applicable to each product before wagering.

10.1 Acceptance of Bets

The Platform reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where the Platform reasonably suspects the bet is placed on corrupted market data, where a technical error has affected odds or game outcomes, or where the bet would violate applicable rules or legal requirements.

10.2 Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, a software malfunction or a data feed error — the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. The Platform will not be liable for winnings generated as a result of a manifest error.

10.3 Cricket, PSL & ICC Markets

Cricket betting markets including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral series are offered as sports betting products only. 777sss is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any cricket team. These names are referenced solely as sports context.

10.4 Live / In-Play Betting

Live in-play markets carry specific rules regarding bet acceptance windows, settlement timelines and the handling of abandoned or suspended events. Players are advised to review in-play rules before placing live bets. The Platform cannot guarantee uninterrupted live market availability and accepts no liability for interruptions caused by third-party data providers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances and, where legally required, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering using false identity information or impersonating another person;
• Operating multiple Accounts for the same individual, whether under different names, email addresses or payment methods;
• Using the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location through VPN, proxy or other circumvention tools;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any other conduct that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event;
• Using software robots, automated betting tools, scripts or any artificial intelligence mechanisms to interact with the Platform's betting interfaces or games without written authorisation;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, casino games or other competitive formats;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities — any discovered vulnerabilities must be reported to support immediately and not exploited;
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers in a manner contrary to the terms of those offers or the spirit of their intended purpose;
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Platform staff or other users.

777sss is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. Gambling is intended to be an entertainment activity. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling behaviour, all accessible directly from Account settings without requiring contact with support.

12.1 Age Restriction

The Platform is strictly available to individuals aged 18 years and above, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction. Age verification is mandatory and the Platform may suspend an Account pending verification at any time. Underage gambling is illegal and the Platform has a zero-tolerance policy in this regard.

12.2 Player Protection Tools

The following tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly PKR deposit ceilings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off delay.
• Loss Limits: Maximum PKR loss caps per session, day or week. Cannot be increased until the cooling period expires.
• Session Timers: Automatic session duration limits with a visible countdown. Sessions end automatically upon expiry.
• Cool-Off / Take a Break: Short-term account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days at the Player's request. Account is inaccessible during this period.
• Self-Exclusion: Long-term or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion is not reversible in the short term. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts.

12.3 Problem Gambling

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool and to seek support from recognised problem gambling support organisations applicable to your jurisdiction. Do not gamble to recover losses. Do not gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. Do not allow gambling to affect your work, relationships or financial obligations.

All content published on the 777sss Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of 777sss or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any Platform content without prior written consent from 777sss.

You may not use any Platform content for commercial purposes, data scraping, systematic extraction or to build a competing product or service without express written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777sss and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill or business interruption.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

777sss does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, that it will be error-free, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, third-party outages or events outside the Platform's control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

777sss reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, the Platform will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Users via the email address registered to their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendments take effect.

The date on which these Terms were last reviewed is displayed at the top of this page. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777sss is incorporated or licensed, as determined by the operator. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

16.1 Informal Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, you agree to contact the Platform's support team in good faith to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most account, payment and bonus queries can be resolved through the Platform's customer support channel within the timelines published in the Help Centre.

16.2 Formal Disputes

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, either party may pursue the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution process applicable under the operator's licensing jurisdiction. 16.3 Pakistan Jurisdiction Notice

This Platform does not hold a licence issued by any Pakistani government body. Pakistani courts and regulatory authorities may not have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of this Platform. Pakistani users are advised to seek independent legal advice regarding the enforceability of these Terms and any potential remedies available to them under Pakistani law.
